In this day and age of the shrinking tool-room, we have been able to offer a beneficial service to our customers. Our periodic mold maintenance program allows for our customers to have their molds scheduled into our queue, by knowing in advance of when the customer will be pulling the mold from production. This allows Quality Craft Molds the appropriate amount of time to dis-assemble, clean, inspect, replace components that are worn, re-polish cavities as needed, verify all heaters are functioning properly, re-assemble and re-test the electrical so we can get the mold back into production in a timely manner. This service is routinely used, but not limited to, our customers who are running our hot runner molds, our conventional style cold runner molds, as well as hot to cold runner molds.
